RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Schaumburg, IL that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer.
Responsibilities:
* Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog
* Requirements gathering
* Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC
* Resolve complex IT issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* ServiceNow & ITIL certifications
* 7 years of full stack development experience with ServiceNow
* Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM & Now platform architecture
* Understanding of AI capabilities within ServiceNow (Now Assist)
* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participation in software
development life cycle
* Execute Scoping of the project, Assess, Requirements, Data Gathering (converting
Business Requirements to Functional Requirements), Implementing them in
ServiceNow, Deployment, Production Hyper Care
* Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the business users/customers
* Experience in Project Documentations (Scoping of the Project, Requirements Session,
Design Documents)
* Demonstrated expertise in SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, SecOps etc.)
* Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
* Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5
* Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
* Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Web technologies - HTML or XML experience
* API integrations with other systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
